Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lobster tails (2 tails 4 ounces each)Lobster
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oilAvocado
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlicGarlic

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the lobster on a cutting board. Using kitchen scissors, cut the shell of the lobster tail down the center and remove. Then place the lobster on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl or ramekin, mix the avocado oil, lemon, minced garlic, thyme, and parsley.
  4. Dip a basting brush into the avocado oil mixture and coat each lobster tail with it liberally.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes or until the lobster is slightly pink. Serve immediately hot out of the oven.
