- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, heaping rolled oats, unsweetened milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, salt, honey or maple syrup, chopped or mashed banana, and chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.
